The design was strategically planned to showcase the beautiful city of downtown Brickell. The prime central location makes Brickell Ten Condos such an attractive target for residents with it being located in the heart of the financial district with easy access to the rest of the city.

Falls at Gulfstream

Falls at Gulfstream has been undergoing construction since the fourth quarter of 2020. The multi-purpose development will be both residential and commercial space. The development's total cost is an estimated $51 million. The project will consist of 320 residential units and 150 hotel units.
