  • 3% COMMISSION

    Become an Angel All-Star Agent and earn 3% commission paid on the net purchase price of the home. (Base prices plus any lot premiums less any discounts or incentives). This does not include any options. We understand the concerns surrounding the NAR settlement, and we want to assure you that Angel Homes will continue to honor a 3% commission rate for all our realtor partners.

  • REALTOR REGISTRATION

    It is mandatory that brokers/agents be present during the initial visit of a prospective purchaser to an Angel Homes community or home to complete a Broker Registration Form. The form can be completed online as well. If the prospective purchaser registers the broker on a Walk-In Registration Form and the broker is not in attendance, the broker has two days to formalize their registration by visiting the Angel Homes representive in person.

  • 90 DAY PROTECTION

    Upon successful completion of the Broker Registration Form, the broker secures exclusive rights to represent the purchaser for 90 days, during which if a Purchase Agreement is executed and the transaction closes, the designated broker on the Broker Participation Agreement earns and receives the commission within five days post-closing.

  • MARKETING

    At Angel Homes we take pride in promoting our quality products and we want you the broker to as well. Application form of using our homes and marketing material will need to be approved by an Angel Homes representative. Please contact for the marketing application and we would be glad to partner with you on marketing together.

Realtor Policies

Angel Homes deeply values the realtor community. Over the past decade, Angel Homes has cooperated with realtors. Realtors are only entitled to a commission if they are to follow the our Realtor Policy. This policy is standard for all Angel Homes home sales. Angel Homes has protocols in place to ensure realtors can receive their commission. Please read and follow all our Realtor Policies to ensure your commission is paid. All agents must be present during the first showing with a client to be deemed eligible for a commission.
